  Our first experience since HCS was bought by Lincare isn't good at all. My husband lost his charging cord to his portable oxygen concentrator on vacation. We expected and are willing to pay to replace it but needed it soon. It became clear that the paperwork wouldn't allow a quick order and there had to be all kinds of funding paperwork rather than accepting payment from us, that they didn't keep any parts on hand, and that they couldn't arrange, even at our expense, to overnight it. So we were lucky to find an online company that sells these and overnighted it to us, zero hassle, and it's working fine. On this occasion, Lincare was unresponsive to solving an immediate problem, not ideal in a health care situation. We were both shocked they don't keep emergency items like this or know how to get them fast. Not happy.

  RUN FAST from this company! Read the GOOGLE reviews about LINCARE before you even think of going here. I sure wish I had! My physician in Saginaw has finally sent me to Sheldon Medical Supply, after over 1 year of frustration with LINCARE. There is no follow-through, no return phone calls, no one can explain the incomprehensible bills. After reading the GOOGLE reviews many people have been overcharged, as I think I have. I tried for over 1 year to get my needed supplies but they would not send them because of LINCARE "internal issues"??? Had nothing to do with me, yet I had to use old supplies because of their ineptness. ALL anyone needs to do is read the reviews on this company and you will know to buy medical supplies elsewhere!
