  Good quality but very poor customer service by the owner of this business. The owner hung up on me after pressing him to give me a definitive date for the completion of a suit that was having basic alterations done to it. Originally, I said I needed the suit done by October 14, 2017 for a wedding (figuring that would be plenty of time). To give a timeframe I gave him the suit on September 5, 2017 and as of October 6, 2017 he did not have it completed.
  
  After calling twice to get a date confirmed and getting nowhere in regards to what day it would be done the tailor became agitated, very rude, said it would have it done by Thursday, October 12, 2017 and then hung up on me.
  
  I would never recommend this tailor to anyone due to the lack of quality customer service and lack of overall professional courtesy.
