- Chelsea DanielsMay, 12 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★This was my first experience ever going to an Urgent Care, but I've been to the ER a few times and can tell you that I will never choose the ER over Urgent Care if I don't have to! We were on our way home with 3 hours left and I stopped to have a painful boil lanced. The staff was very nice and polite and the whole visit was around 30 minutes. I felt very taken care of, and the NP, Sarah, who lanced my boil was very compassionate and as gentle as she could be. I forget the name of the nurse who helped her, (Terry?) but she was very professional and kind as well. I paid less than $70 for the visit, which felt totally worth it to me considering how quickly I was taken care of, the supplies I left with, and the procedure I had done. Thanks for the positive experience, MedExpress!
