  This is perhaps the worst customer service experience I have ever had I arrived 15 minutes after the store opened and still had 4 people in front of me I waited a 1/2 hour To get service only to be told they couldn't help me and that I would have to come back The employee I spoke to was Condescending. I have been to the store on several occasions and usually walk right out because of the long wait. If you come to this store bring a book to read WAR AND PEACE would a fine choice.
