  Unfortunately, I just discovered this community service that has been operating for years. I appreciate The Center of Hope. They offer FREE certified diabetes educational courses, FREE certified enhanced exercise and yoga courses and hustle arobic classes. Also, there are FREE laundry services for participation in FREE health services. I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities, you won't be disappointed.
