  I have been fighting for my medication for almost 2 weeks at this location. I switched locations because this walgreens is right down the road from my work and I pass it everyday. I get phone calls all the time telling me it's ready to be picked up and I come and u tell me no its not. I have talked to at least 3 different people who all tell me a different verison on how it's not ready. Then a lady last night calls me and tells me how it's been filled and sitting there since the 20th and today is the 27th and asked if I still wanted it and to bring my insurance card when I come to pick it up. I come today and u tell me u have my insurance on file and a woman didn't work last night so there is no way I could have talked to them. I am switching back to the one on Genesee. And NEVER will I go back to this location. I understand people make mistakes, it happens all the time but for almost 2 weeks? With changing stories? Not thank u.
