  Bought a couch and it began to fall apart 3 months after purchase. The couch was separating, leaving gaps between the cushions and boards coming threw. The center of the couch folded down into a small table. The plastic bowed up leaving it unusable. I called and made a claim as we brought the extra insurance. They said it would be no longer than 30 days and it took 6 weeks for it to be processed. Then we went to the store to pick out our new couch and decided to buy the matching loveseat. They advertise “same day delivery” and “everything in store.” However, they did not have the set we wanted so we picked out our second choice and they did not have that either. Then they said it would be an additional 2-3 weeks before we could get our furniture as they did not have any in the state of Michigan. I went in the store and told them I wanted my money back for the additional loveseat we purchased and we no longer wanted either piece and we would purchase a different piece of furniture with our warranty money at another time. All of a sudden things changed and they suddenly had both pieces in the state of Michigan and they would be delivered the following week.
  
  No discounts or any type of remediation was offered for our continuous trips to Saginaw (as we live an hour away) or our inconvenience.
