  2hour+ wait last 2times visited there for flat tire and tire rotation. Customers since 1980! Poor management and service. Still waiting for hubby to return from 9 am tire rotation so I can go to nursing home to feed elderly mother. Now11:20. Car reportly on hoist but not being worked on...
