  Staff was not very help to my mother and seemed annoyed that she has questions about a phone she was interested in, also the phone selection was very minimal.

  Rude staff. They make you wait, only to tell you they cant help you, call customer service. I went down to Best Buy and they gladly took care of me and exactly what was needed.
